The Conservative Barf Bag Award goes to the Alexander brothers, Oren, Alon, and Tal, for drugging and raping as many as sixty women including two under-age girls, over more than a decade. They appear in the Trump-Epstein Files. They are well-connected in Florida Republican circles and have attended parties at the Trump White House.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Madison Smyser in opening statements said "The brothers used whatever means necessary — sometimes drugs, sometimes alcohol, sometimes brute force — to carry out their rapes." During trial, the jury heard testimony from a woman who said that she met the brothers, and was drugged by them before awakening nude in bed with them. Part of the evidence used at trial was a video that Oren Alexander himself had filmed of a sexual assault he had committed.
